STEEL PIPE PACKING LINE

I. MACHINE APPLICATION

This automatic steel pipe packing line is specially designed for automatic bundling, stacking, conveying,weighing and storage of the steel tubes. It’s widely applicable for hexagonal/Square bundling of square or round pipes.

II. BASIC FEATURES

1.The tube quantity of each bundle, the stacking dimension and other datas can be set by the computer interface.

2. Complete management of database function including: counting, querying and stacking timely, and reflect the related parameters of each tube bundle.

3. The PLC and HMI system can self-diagnose and alert the fault of the stacking system.

III. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Tube feeding from production line>>Tube aligning>> Tube row stacking >>bundle making layer by layer>>Shift bundle to strapping station >> shift to the conveyor>>Bundle weighing system>> Tube bundle storage station & out feeding.

1. STEEL TUBE FEEDING, ALIGNING AND COUNTING SYSTEM

*This system contains conveyor, feeding,aligning and counting system.

*the production line transfers the tube to the feeding station of the stacking line.

*Count the tube numbers.

*Align the tube one by one parallelizing without crossing.

2. TUBE ROW LAYERING AND CONVEYING SYSTEM

Tube feeding system will convey the tube to the storing station and count the numbers of tubes. When the required numbers of tubes accumulated, the storing station will fall the tube row down to the stacking station.

3. TUBE ROW STACKING SYSTEM:HEXAGONAL ,SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR   

*Electromagnetic chuck sucks up the tube row;

*Electromagnetic chuck drops down the tube row to the bundling frame;

*Tube bundling stopper pushes out and holds the tube row tightly;

*Electromagnetic chuck reset;

*Continue for next operation.

4. TUBE BUNDLE CONVEYING SYSTEM

After stacking the tube bundle, the bundling frame will descend down,the bundle carriage will transfer the bundle out from the stacking station and conveys to the strapping position.

5. STRAPPING SYSTEM(MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC)

Semi-auto: equipped with working station for manual or auto strapping work.

Automatic:equipped with fully automatic strapping system.

6. TUBE BUNDLE WEIGHING SYSTEM

The system weighs the tube bundle automatically.

7. TUBE BUNDLE STACKING SYSTEM

After weighing, the tube bundle will be transferred to the storage station.
