MACHINE APPLICATION:

The JL2100-X rotary packing machine adopts a rotary arm for automatic wrapping the goods on the pallets with PE stretch film, which makes the pallets more stable during wrapping; This stretch wrapper machine can lessen the labor density; improve work efficiency, is a perfect packing equipment for modernized industries.

BASIC FEATURES：

1. Control System:

*Automatic working mode. Operations include pallet conveying, film feeding ,wrapping, film cutting, film smoothing are finished automatically.

*PLC and HMI control system for automatic operation.  

*Separate control panel makes operation and maintenance easily.

*Can set special wrapping position (top, middle, and bottom) reinforcement.

*Automatic pallet height detection by photocell sensor.

2. Conveyor

*Heavy structural steel frame construction.

*Photo-eye for pallet sensing and sequencing.

3. Rotary Arm System:

*Rotation speed: 10-14rpm speed variable through inverter.

*Soft start & soft stop.

*Rotary arm home position & film change location for easy operation.

4. Safety assurance:

*Protective fence around the whole machine to ensure operation safety.

5. Film Carriage system:

*Powered pre-stretch system with 200-250% stretch rate to reduce film consumption.

*Film delivery variable speed by separate motor

6. Film Clamping/Cutting/wiping System:

*Pneumatic film cut & wipe system.

*The process of film clamping, cutting and wiping finished automatically.

*Film clamper mode: scissors like gripper bars

*Cutting method: instant heating wire

*Wiping system: soft brush to stick the film perfectly onto the pallets

*Multiple protection device,ensure the operator safety.
