MACHINE APPLICATION:

The JL2100-X semi-auto rotary arm wrapper adopts a rotary arm for automatic wrapping the pallets with LLDPE stretch film, which makes the pallets more safe and stable during wrapping; The wrapper can greatly improve the work efficiency and lessen the labor density for modern industries such as food & beverage, chemicals, paper making, building materials, electric &electronics, etc.

*Separate control panel with buttons makes operation and maintenance easily.

*Can set special wrapping position (top, middle, and bottom) reinforcement. Can reset automatically.

*Rotation speed: 10-14rpm adjustable through inverter.

*Soft start & soft stop functions ensure safe operation.

*Highly sensitive brake system.

*Rotary arm home position & film change location for easy operation.

3. Film Carriage system:

*Automatic pallet height detection by photocell sensor.

*Tension controlled by magnetic controller.

*Film delivery variable speed by separate motor.

*The wrapping height of pallet can be customized according to needs;
