FZ-20 MECHANICAL COIL TILTER

APPLICATION:

Jinglin’s FZ-20 mechanical coil tilter offers a safe, easy and efficient method to rotate coils for 90 degrees with an extra heavy load. This fast and easy coil handling solution gets rid of adventurous turning methods that maybe endanger the operator. The tilter will be individually designed and made to accommodate the customer's specific application and capacity.

INSTALLATION: the machine should be placed on flat ground or in ground pit, with loading capacity more than 8T/m².

BASIC FEATURES:

8) The machine can be stopped at any position during turning.

9) Emergence stop and position locking functions avoid rotation.

10) The machine will stop automatically when turning process finished.

11) Emergency stop button can stop the machine rapidly in emergency conditions.

EQUIPMENT PAINTING:

1) The whole machine should be painted for two times.

2) The machine should be painted anti-corrosive primer firstly, and the color of surface painting can be adopted as required.

3) Color of tilter body: yellow. Color of electrical cabinet: RAL 7035.
