Automatic Bearing Packing Machine
Jinglin designed the series of horizontal bearing packing machine for through-eye wrapping of various bearings by stretch film, compound paper, VCI paper&etc to achieve the closed and protective packing and to simplify the wrapping procedure and lessen the labor density, it’s suitable for both small and large size bearings. The machine can be connected with associated production line to or operated independently.

HORIZONTAL BEARING PACKING MACHINE
Jinglin designed the series of horizontal bearing packing machine for through-eye wrapping of various bearings by stretch film, compound paper, VCI paper&etc to achieve the closed and protective packing and to simplify the wrapping procedure and lessen the labor density, it’s suitable for both small and large size bearings. The machine can be connected with associated production line to or operated independently.
CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Horizontal structure with motorized conveyors for efficient packing.
2. Flexible wrapping table specially designed for turning of bearings.
3. PLC and HMI for automatic operation.
4. The tension and overlapping degree of wrapping material can be adjusted.
5. Photo sensors for automatic coil positioning.
6. Different packing material can be chose.
7. Packaging tension is adjustable by special breaker.
8. Independent control cabinet easy for operation and maintenance.
9. Automatic material feeding and cutting is available.
10. Safe guardrails for turning part ensure safe operation.
11. The rollers wrapped by polyurethane to protect the products.
12. Conveyors length can be customized.
