WIRE AND CABLE WRAPPING MACHINE
MACHINE APPLICATION:
The wire and cable wrapping machine is mainly applied for packing various coiled wire or cable products which is in horizontal state, to make the product well-protected and sealed from water, dust and crushes. The machine replaces the traditional manual packing and can greatly improve the packing efficiency and save labor force.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. Excellent collections with high quality brands adopted for main electrical parts.
2. The turning speed of the ring and carrier rollers is adjustable by converter.
3. The overlap of packing tape can be adjusted by inverters.
4. The wrapping tape tension can be adjusted.
5. Press roller and side rollers adopted to prevent the project from shaking in packing.
6. The wrapping material can be cut automatically.
7. The supporting rollers are wrapped by polyurethane for protection.
8. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
9. Friction between wheel and ring is adjustable.
10. Soft start and soft stop ensure safe operation.
11. Simply structure, easy for operation and maintenance.

TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING
*The machinery must be properly packed for ocean transportation
*The use of anti humidity salt must be respect the PR China regulation
*Any single part of the line / spare parts / single pieces must be correctly identified for easy tracking on site.
*Any package must be correctly labeled according to the packing list.
*The packing list will be prepared by the Seller according with Buyer instructions.
*The Seller is responsible to advice the Buyer on time for any extra size and/or extra weight of pieces
*A necessary set of drawing/pictures must be supplied before delivery in order to facilitate the unloading of the machineries.
*In case will be necessary a special tools for unload it will be supplied by the supplier with the delivery necessary of it.
