WIRE BUNDLE WRAPPING MACHINE
MACHINE APPLICATION:
The wire bundle wrapping machine is equipped with moveable loading trolley to ensure the safety and convenience for coil handling during operation, the machine can be widely used for outside stretch wrapping of wire coils, copper coils,aluminum coils,steel coils,etc by compound paper tape,plastic tape,stretch film,etc, to make the coil waterproof, rustproof, dustproof, and well for storage and transportation.
INSTALLATION:
The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1 ton/m2.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. Special design of a moving trolley for more safe and convenient wrapping operation.
2. High intelligent and simple operation. Just need to set OD, ID, and width of coiled object, other parameters will be set automatically;
3. The slide board height can be adjusted for different OD & ID;
4. Material tension degree can be adjusted automatically;
5. Synchronous wrapping is available. Can setting packing tape & stretch film for wrapping just in one packing process to make the work more efficient;
6. Overlapping degree of the wrapping material adjustable.
7. Adopted special cutting device;
8. Mechanical hand is available to feeding & cutting packing material;
9. Ring reset automatically when a packing process finished, prepare for next package.
10. Polyurethane adhesive is used to wrap support rollers and protect rollers.

SWITCHING CABINETS
The electrical devices are installed on mounting plates in closed cabinets, protection degree IP20, designed in form 1 based on EN 60439-1. Each cabinet has a designation label on the door with the appropriate location indicator.
Rittal standard switching cabinets are used.
The switching cabinets are installed in a switching cabinet row.
For transport the cabinet system can be separated into shipping units with a maximum width of 3600 mm.
The subdivision of the individual cabinets is made according to their respective functions:
