INSTALLATION:
The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1 ton/m2.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. Scientific design, high packing efficiency with less energy and material consumption.
2. Moving trolley for safe handling and loading the wire coils.
3. PLC adopted for automatic program control.HMI for simple operation.
4. Overlapping degree and tension of the wrapping material tension can be adjusted.
5. The ring&roller speed can be adjusted through the converters.
6. Ring height of the wrapper could be adjusted for different wire ID&OD.
7. Anti-wearing polyurethane is adopted for the friction wheel.
8. The carrier rollers and protective rollers are wrapped with poly urethane.
9. Indication lights alarm automatically upon trouble occurs.
10. Soft start, soft stop and precise reset of the ring.
