The tire wrapping machine can be designed according to specific tyre size (ID,OD,width) to ensure the tires have the best packing effects. INSTALLATION:
The machine can be placed on the surface of flat ground, also can be placed in a ground pit for convenient operation.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. The packing machine with simple structure, easy for operation.
2. Automatic control of machine by PLC.
3. Steady tension control system ensures good packing result.
4. The wrapping tape over lap degree is adjustable from 10%-90%.
5. The turning ring height adjustable, suit for tyres with different ID and OD.
6. The rollers are wrapped by PU to protect the objects effectively.
7. Three colors indication lights alarm automatically when there is any error.
8. The packing time can be set on the operation panel for automatic stop.
9. Logo tapping device is for optional for circularly pasting the logo tape at the same time.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE CLAUSES
1. The Seller guarantees that:
(a) The Equipment supplied by the Seller shall be brand new and made of adequate and high quality materials, and free of any defects.
(b) The Technical Document shall be complete, clear and correct.
2. Period of warranty: 12 months from the date of Acceptance:
(a). In the period, the Supplier provide replacement or repairment of broken parts for
free in condition these faults are not caused by unusual operation, careless
Maintain/repair service or using untrue product.
(b). Offer technical support and guidance through email, phone, fax and etc within 24 hours upon receipt of the customer’s notice.
(c). If needed, it's able to sent the engineer for after service. Expenses of the engineer
including the roundtrip ticket and accommodation should be borne by the customer.
