BASIC FEATURES:
1. Excellent configurations with high quality brands for main components.
2. Top opening structure enable the bearings be loading from the top.
3. PLC program is adopted for automatic control.
4. The height of the ring can be adjusted when the bearing diameter changes.
5. Both the ring and roller speed could be adjusted by converters.
6. The overlap degree of the wrapping material is adjustable through the converters.
7. Soft start, soft stop and precise reset of the ring.
8. Durable high antifriction Poly Urethane adopted for friction wheels.
9. Solid whole casting structure for turning ring.
10. The rollers are wrapped by PU to protect the products.
11. The indication lights alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
12. Various wrapping material can be used.

Problem | Possible cause & Solutions |
The complete machine doesn’t work. | 1. Check external power supply and power switch. |
The ring doesn’t rotate or it rotates abnormally. | 1. Check the wearing of friction wheel. If it is seriously worn, new friction wheel shall be replaced. |
The object turns difficultly or shakes seriously. | Adjust the up and down protective rollers to a proper distance. |
Packaging tape is too loose. | 1. Adjust the height of the ring. |
The ring and roller don’t work. | 1. Check power supply. |
The overlapping degree of packaging tape cannot be adjusted. | 1. Adjust the parameter values of “ring speed” and “roller speed” converter in the electrical cabinet. |
The ring don’t run smoothly. | 1. Confirm the ring running direction. 2. Adjust the position of the friction wheel to make its pressure to the ring equal. |
