MACHINE APPLICATION:

The horizontal steel pipe wrapping machine is specialized for wrapping horizontal shapes of steel pipes, plastic pipes, copper tubes, profiles, bars, panels, and other horizontal objects. the wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks more tidy.

INSTALLATION:

The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1ton/m².

BASIC OPERATION:

1. Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished. The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.

2. The wrapping material is tied, fixed and cut by manual.

BASIC FEATURES:

Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.

PLC programmable control.

Both automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.

Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.

Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.

The turning ring is controlled by converter.

Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.

Soft stop &soft start functions.

Packing material tension could be adjusted.

Separate control panel makes operation & maintenance easily.

Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.

Automatically material feeding and cutting system for

Wrapping position reset.
