ORBITAL STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE

MACHINE APPLICATION:

BASIC OPERATION:

1. Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished. The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.

2. The wrapping material is tied, fixed and cut automatically.

BASIC FEATURES:

*Double-ring & double-rub wheel make working safe, stable & energetic.

*PLC and HMI control adopted for automatic and convenient operation of the wrapping machine.

*Special tension control provide uniform film tension for both small and big pipe bundles.

*Supportive rollers to avoid shaking and ensure stable operation.

*Photo electricity for fixing the packing position.

*Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.

*The turning ring controlled by converter. Overlap rate could be adjusted.

*Independent electrical cabinet and control panel makes operation convenient and safe.

*The machine is equipped with welded mesh safety guards to protect the operator during operation.

*Manipulator for automatic wrapping material feeding&cutting to achieve automatic operation of the machine(optional).

*The length of conveyor can be designed according needs.
