AUTOMATIC TURNOVER MACHINE

MACHINE APPLICATION:

Jinglin is able to offer you a complete choice of tilters which include mechanical coil tilters and hydraulic coil tilters for tilting steel coils from eye vertical position to horizontal position or vice versa.

The FZ series mechanical tilters are mainly applied for tilting heavy objects with different specifications for 90 degree with mechanical driven. It’s widely used in industries of metallurgy, stamping, metal plate, mold, paper making, steel strip, coil, barrels, and etc.

BASIC FEATURES:

2) Special double chain drive, oblique gear and worm speed reducer.

4) Both electric & mechanical limit restrictors adopted to grantee safe operation.

5) The machine can be stopped at any angle during turning.

6) Emergence stop and position locking function avoid rotation.

7) Independent electrical panel control for easy and safe operation.

8) The machine will stop automatically when turning process finished.

9) Emergency stop button can stop the machine rapidly in emergency conditions.

10) The machine is able to be equipped with conveyor or moveable v-table according different requirements.

OPERATION REFERENCE:

1. Check if the external power supply and the earth wire are reliable.

2. Switch on the power and emergency stop button, the light of power indicator on.

3. Reset the machine to the original condition.

4. Next working procedure can be executed after all the above steps are finished.

5. Place the coil on the center of the platform using sling or lift truck. This step must be operated carefully to avoid hurting people or the collision of the object and the machine.

6. Switch to“TURN”position, the tilter begins turning and will stop automatically when turning is finished.

7. Remove the object from the machine steadily by a sling or other methods. This operation should be careful to avoid hurting people or collision of the object and the machine.

8. When the object has been removed from the machine safely, switch the button to “RESTORE” to reset the machine and prepare for the next operation.
