*High anti-friction PU adopted for friction wheels; whole casting structure for turning ring.

*The level height of turning ring is adjustable, suit for different diameter.

*Synchronous wrapping system can be chose for wrapping two different material at one operation process.

*The supportive and protective rollers wrapped by PU.

*Special tension control system, the tension and overlapping rate of packing material can be adjusted according to needs.

OPERATION:

The automatic coil wrapping machine includes: powered feeding conveyor, automatic wrapping station, powered discharging conveyor. Operation process is as follow:

*Load coil by manual or automatically from the front end of production station to the feeding conveyor of the packing machine.

*The conveyor transferred the coil to the wrapping station automatically.

*Automatic coil centering.

*Automatic coil wrapping.

*Automatic cutting the wrapping material.

*The packed coil is transferred out from the wrapping station.

*Move the coil away from the machine and ready for next packaging.
