MACHINE APPLICATION:

The machine can also be equipped with a coil tilter at the front end or connect with the production line to be an integrated online packing device.
BASIC FEATURES:
*Wrapping station form: On line conveying the object.
*PLC control and HMI operation.
*Supportive rollers lifting the coil from conveyor for wrapping.
*Automatic positioning makes the coil stop at the specific positions for wrapping.
*Automatic coil centering for packaging.
*Both Manual and Auto working mode can be choose for flexible operation.
*Frequency control of motor speed, material overlapping rate can be adjusted according different requirements.
*Different wrapping requirements can be achieved by setting the corresponding parameters in the PLC.
*The wrapping material is cut automatically.
*Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
*Novel design, material tension could be adjusted automatically.
*Separate electrical cabinet adopted makes operation & maintenance easier.
*Conveyor length can be made according to needs.
