MACHINE APPLICATION:

The steel bar wrapping machine is specially designed for steel bar industries, to make the bars or pipes be automatically wrapped either in single or in bundle by protective materials such as plastic tape, VCI film,etc, which can ideally protect your products from damage during storage, handling and transportation and. The packing machine replace the traditional manual packing with high efficient machine packing, is more and more popular for modern metallurgic industries.

INSTALLATION:

The machine shall be mounted on flat and hard ground where it can load more than 1 ton/m².

BASIC FEATURES:

1. Wrapping station features:

*Packing mode: Spiral packing, Rotating ring packs automatically

*Rotating ring: Reinforce aluminum cast-solid ring

*Driving wheels: Polyurethane Rubber

*Friction between wheels and ring: Adjustable by a belt tension adjuster

*Packing material tension: Adjustable by film release device

*Protection device: Protective shield

*Wrapping mode: Adjustable overlap of the packing material (Optional 10%-90%)

*A separate electrical control box is easy and safe for operation.

*Top pressing rollers and side protective rollers on infeed and outfeed conveyors, driven by air cylinder or by winding a handle.

2. Conveyor system features:

*Structure: PU coated conveyor will protect the surface of the product

*Conveying mode: Motorized infeed and outfeed

*Products input and output is driven by motors with gear box.

*Conveyor: Anti-wear and durable

*Object positioning: Sensor checking

3. Automatic mechanical hand features:

*Working mode: Automatically feeding and cutting the packing material

*The auto hand is controlled by Sensor and PLC

*Clamping device holds the material for next wrapping package

*Structure of the auto hand is designed on the basis of packing material

4. PLC control system features:

*For automatic wrapping operation

*Separate electrical cabinet for safety operation

*Photoelectric sensor can position the product

*Indicator Lamp shows the occurrence of the fault

*The action time of pressing down device is adjustable
