DOOR STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE

MACHINE APPLICATION:

This is a door stretch wrapping machine specialized for horizontal shapes such as sheets, doors, Floor board,window… the wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks more tidy. The machine can be connecting to the packing line for automatically wrapping.

INSTALLATION:

The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1 ton/m².

OPERATION:

Place the products onto the in-feeding conveyor.

Press“conveyor”for moving the product to wrapping position.

The press down device presses the package automatically.

Press“start”for wrapping.

Feeding the on-ring material.

Products go through the wrapper for wrapping.

Place the reinforcing wraps to the tail end of the product.

Cutting the material

Unloading the packed package.

MACHINE FEATURES:

a. Reinforce aluminum cast-solid ring with solid structure makes steady wrapping.

b. Speed of the turning ring is adjustable by inverters.

c. Wrapping position reset.

d. Overlapping is adjustable from 10%-90%.

e. Four driving wheels with stronger driving power which is a good choice for reinforce aluminum cast-solid ring.

f. Automatic entrance conveyor system and outlet conveyor system driven by motor with gear box.

g. Speed of the conveyors is adjustable by inverters.

h. Sensor detecting the objects for operation action.

i. Press down protecting devices for products fixing.

j. Automatic mechanical hand for feeding and cutting the film.

k. Sensor and PLC program.

l. Protect frame for safety operation.
