MACHINE APPLICATION:

The drip pipe wrapping machine is special designed for packing different specifications of small or light pipe coils to make the coils well-protected&sealed & looks tidier, the packed coils are with effect of waterproof, dustproof, rustproof, anti-aging, anti-damage. The packaging material mating with this machine is of stretch film, PE film, knit belt or other material.

BASIC FEATURES:

1) Vertical or horizontal packing type can be chose according to different needs..

2) Up-opening structure convenient for loading&offloading of the coils.

3) The overlap of packing material can be adjusted by inverter.

4) Packing material tension can be adjusted.

5) Press and side rollers adopted to fix the coil position.

6) The supportive rollers are covered by polyurethane.

7) Soft start and soft stop functions ensure safe operation.

8) Packing position reset function.

9) Ring speed and roller speed are adjustable by inverter.

10) Friction between wheel and ring is adjustable.

11) PU wheel for long life using.

12) Packaging time can be set on the control panel for automatic stop.
