MACHINE APPLICATION:

This plastic pipe coil wrapping machine is specially for small pipes coils packing, with a high table structure for convenient operation of the operator. The wrapped coils are waterproof, rustproof, and have a clean and nice appearance for storage and selling.

BASIC FEATURES:

1) High working table structure for easy operation.

2) Different material release structure will be adopted for different material packing.

3) High antifriction PU adopted for friction wheels; turning ring is with whole casting structure.

4) The ring height is adjustable, to adapt for coils with different diameter.

5) The speed of the ring and the rollers are adjustable for different needs.

6) The overlap extent is adjustable by converters.

7) Special tension control system, the tension and overlapping rate of packing material can be adjusted according to needs.

8) The supportive and protective rollers wrapped by PU.

9) Protective fence for the running parts to ensure safety in operation.
