This tire packaging machine is mainly designed for tire packing and can also been widely used for other coiled objects like steel coil, wire coils,pipe coil,bearings,etc.
This tire wrapping machine is with safe and easy operation,which can highly reduce high cost labor force and enhance working efficiency for modern industry. Wrapped tire is well sealed, beautiful and looks tidier. Further more, it has waterproof, dust proof, rust proof, wear proof, anti-aging effect and etc.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. PLC is used for easy operation.
2. Vertical mode is convenient for coil loading & unloading by hand.
3. Error indicator will be flicker when trouble occures.
4. Packing time can be set on the control panel, when time reached, machine will stop automatically.
5. Adopt special tension control device for good packing effect.
6. Baseboard height is adjustable for small and big coils' package.
7. Friction wheel using anti-wear polyurethane to prolong usage life.
8. Synchronous packing (two kinds of packing materials packed together) is available.
9. Push-out device is optional for heavy object easy taking out.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
Problem | Solutions |
The machine doesn’t work. | 1. Check external power supply and power switch. |
The ring doesn’t turn or turns abnormally. | 1. Check the wear of friction wheel. If it is seriously worn, new friction wheel shall be replaced. 2. Adjust the friction wheel. 3. Check whether any packaging tape or garbage is clipped into the friction pulley track. |
The object turns difficultly or shakes seriously. | 1. Adjust the up and down protective rollers to a proper distance. |
The ring and roller don’t work. | 1. Check power supply. 2. Check whether the parameter values of“ring speed”and“roller speed”are properly set. |
The overlapping degree of packaging tape cannot be adjusted. | 1. Adjust the parameter values of“ring speed”and“roller speed”converter in the electrical cabinet. |
The ring don’t running smoothly | 1. Confirm the ring running direction. 2. Adjust the position of the friction wheel to make its pressure to the ring equal. |
