BOARD WRAPPING MACHINE
MACHINE APPLICATION:
The board wrapping machine can be widely used in the exterior wrapping of horizontal shapes such as floor board, wooden board, panels,doors, furniture, etc. The main purpose is to make the board well sealed, and keeps it in a good condition for storing, transporting and marketing.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. The wrapping machine is equipped with a sealing machine in the entrance for sealing the front and back ends of object so the object can be fully packed.
2. Adopting PLC&HMI for intelligent and unmanned operation.
3. Double-ring and double-rub wheel devices make the work safe, stable and efficient;
4. Height of the ring can be adjusted according to different product size;
5. The sealing width is adjustable.
6. Material tension can be adjusted.
7. Photocell sensor is adopted for setting packing position;
8. The wrapping ring speed and conveyor speed are adjustable by converter. Overlap rate of wrapping film can be adjusted;
9. Separate control panel makes operation & maintenance easily;
10. Indicator alarms can automatically show the trouble;
11. Press-down /side protective rollers for fixing the package are available to avoid products shaking in wrapping.
12. The conveyor length can be customized based on needs.
