OPERATIONS:
(1) Connect the power supply and rotate the total POWER switch.
(2) Rotate EMERGENCY STOP switch and the red indication light is on.
(3) Select “AUTO”working mode on the operating panel.
(4) Hoisting the unpackaged bars on the central position of the front conveyor.
(5) Press Convey line button, the conveyor line runs. Stop it at the wrapping position.
(6) Fix the packing material on the object.
(7) Press START button, the ring rotates automatically and stops automatically.
(8) After a packaging process is finished, use adhesive tape to fix the tail of packing tape.
(9) Press Convey line button to transfer the packed object away from working station for unloading.
