RUBBER HOSE WRAPPING MACHINE

MACHINE APPLICATION:

The automatic rubber hose wrapping machine is furnished with motor driven powered conveyors for transferring the hose coils and complete the packing process automatically. Fully automatic operation for superior efficiency.

BASIC FEATURES:

*The hose packing machine is automatic type with powered conveyors.

*Both manual/auto work mode can be chose.

*PLC control and HMI screen for automatic operation.

*Easy operation by inputting the ID, OD, width of the hose coil and correction value, PLC will calculate related parameters automatically.

*The overlapping ratio and packing tape tension can be adjusted.

*The material is cut automatically.

*Photo sensors for detecting and fixing the coil position.

*Automatic positioning.

*Independent control cabinet, easy for operation and maintenance.

*Press rollers avoid shaking of the coils in working.

*Safe guardrails and covers, ensure safe operation.

*The rollers are wrapped by polyurethane, which can protect the product effectively.

*Automatic material feeding and cutting is available (depends on different material).

*The conveyor length can be customized based on production needs.

MAIN PARAMETERS:

Note: the datas are only for reference, the machine can be custom designed according to specific object size.

OPERATIONS:

1) Rotate POWER switch to connect to the power supply of the machine.

2) Rotate EMERGENCY STOP switch clockwise.

3) Place the coil on the front conveyor, where it can be sensored by photo sensor switch on the baffle.

4) Fix the wrapping material by manual or by mechanical hand(optional).

5) Switch“Manual/Auto”button to Auto position. Set the parameter of coil dimensions,“ring speed”、“roller speed”and other parameters needed in HMI.

6) Press“Start”button or“Auto start”in HMI.

7) The machine starts packing automatically until one coil is packed.

8) Cut off the packaging tape manually or by mechanical hand(optional) and use adhesive tape or other method to fix the ends of tape.

9) Move the packaged object away safely. A whole packaging process is completed.

TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING

1. The machinery must be properly packed for ocean transportation

2. Any single part of the line / spare parts / single pieces must be correctly identified by steel label for easy tracking on site.

3. Any package must be correctly labeled according to the packing list.

4. The packing list will be prepared by the Seller according with Buyer instructions.

5. The Seller is responsible to advice the Buyer on time for any extra size and/or extra weight of pieces

6. A necessary set of drawing/pictures must be supplied before delivery in order to facilitate the unloading of the machineries.

7. In case will be necessary a special tools for unload it will be supplied by the supplier with the delivery necessary of it.
