The tube wrapping machine is applied for wrapping the single pipe or a combined tube package or other horizontal objects to make it fine protected and sealed from affects of water, dust, rust and crashes, and the package looks more tidy and clean.
The suitable packing material for the machine is nylon tape, woven plastic, stretch film, etc.

BASIC OPERATION:
Operation:
1. Place steel tubes onto the in-feeding conveyor.
2. Transport the steel tubes to packing position automatically while sensors detect it
3. Stop steel tubes automatically while it at the packing position.
4. Fixing the packing material on the steel tubes by manual.
5. Steel tubes go through the wrapper for automatic packing.
6. Cut and fix the wrapping material end by manual or by mechanical hand.
7. Transport the packaged steel tubes to the outlet conveyor.
8. Unloading the packaged steel tubes.
9. End for circle.
