The GW series hydraulic hose wrapping machine is particularly designed for realize tight and close packing needs for hose coils, pipe coils, and other coiled objects horizontally. The wrapped hose coils are perfectly sealed and looks tidy and beautiful for storage, transportation and market. Easy operation, low energy and material consumption, but with high packing efficiency and few labor cost.

*Overlapping rate and film tension able to be adjusted according to needs.

*The carrier rollers wrapped with polyurethane to protect the product surface.
*Safe fence for turning parts ensure safe operation.

INTRODUCTION TO THE OPERATING PANEL SWITCH:
POWER: The main switch of machine power supply which is used to connect or shut off the machine power supply.
EMERGENCY STOP: The control switch which is used to control circuit. Press to shut down the machine in case of emergency.
START: Press the button to make the ring working.
STOP: Press the button to make the ring stopped
RING RESET: Reset the ring, make the in& out of the object convenient.
ROLLER（FWD/REV）:Used to put the roller under clockwise or anticlockwise when ring starts running.
RING JOG: Press the button, the ring runs slowly, and will stop when looses the button. Used to check if the ring runs through the coil center.
TIME: cutting time set. The packing material will be cut automatically after the set time. Adjust the time according to needs.
