The orbital wrapping machine is a rotating ring machine for spiral wrapping elongated or any horizontal products especially for pipes, profiles, bars, panels,and etc.The stretch wrapper is able to protect the products from damage during handling, transportation and storage.The stretch wrapping machine enables superior product protection, faster and more effective packaging, and also greatly reduce materials consumption and energy consumption.

APPLICATION:

INSTALLATION:

The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1 ton/m².

BASIC FEATURES:

1. Wrapping Station:

*Double-ring and double-rub wheel system make work safe, stable & energetic.

*Friction between driving wheels and ring is adjustable.

*Speed of the ring is adjustable by inverter.

*Wrapping position reset function.

*Packing material tension could be adjusted.

*Protect guardrail ensure safe operation.

*Material overlapping is adjustable from 10%-90%

2. Conveyor System:

*Automatic entrance conveyor and outlet conveyor system.

*Conveyor adjustment by inverters.

*Conveyors driven by motor with gear box.

*Speed of the conveyors is adjustable by inverter.

*Sensor detecting the objects for operation action.

3. Automatic protective System:

*Automatic protective devices to avoid products shaking in wrapping.

*Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packing position.

*The action time is adjustable for difference packing purpose.

4. PLC&HMI control system :

*PLC and program enable machine to do automatic wrapping.

*Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs. Trouble can be shown automatically by touch screen.

*Separate control panel makes operation & maintenance easily.

*Interface operation.

5. Automatic mechanical feeding&cutting system(optional):

*It enable the automatic operation of the machine.

*Both automatic operation and manually mode.

*Automatic material feeding and cutting for film.

*Action time adjustable.
