TYRE PACKING MACHINE
MACHINE APPLICATION:
This type packaging machine is an automatic solution for packing tires horizontally (eye vertical). The machine can be cooperated with the upstream production or handling equipment to complete an automatic packing line for continuous tyre packing, which will greatly enhance the working efficiency and achieve excellent packaging effect for tyre manufacturers.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. Excellent collections. Well-known brands are adopted for main components.
2. Machine with powered conveyors for continuous tyre transferring.
3. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
4. The turning ring is controlled by converter. Overlap rate could be adjusted according to the requirement.
5. Package height could be adjusted for different OD.
6. Material tension could be adjusted automatically.
7. The special brake device for control the tension of packing material to avoid material folding.
8. Separate electrical box for safe operation, technical testing and trouble-shooting.
9. Separate material carriage and cutter device make the packing process more efficient.
10. Supporting and protection rollers are covered by polyurethane to protect the product.
11. PLC & HMI are adopted (option).
12. Can setting packing tape & stretch film for wrapping just in one packing process to make the working more efficient (option).
13. Easy operation and maintenance.

INTRODUCTION TO THE PANEL SWITCH:
*POWER: The main switch of machine power supply which is used to connect or shut off the power supply.
*EMERGENCY STOP: control button of the electrical circuit. Press this button to stop the whole machine when emergency occurred.
*MANUAL/AUTO: The working mode of this machine is classified into manual operating mode and automatic operating mode. “MANUAL” mode is generally used for inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting and specific conditions. In normal operation conditions, “AUTO” mode is adopted.
*RING START: Can make the ring running in Manual mode.
*RING STOP: Can stop the ring from running in Manual mode.
*RING RESET: Can make the ring reset in Manual mode.
*RING JOG: Can make the ring jog operation in Manual mode.
*CUTTER: Used to cut the packing material. Can be operated in both Manual and auto mode.
*ROLLER FWD/REV: The button is used to make roller running forward or reversely in manual mode, it doesn’t work in Auto mode.
