MACHINE APPLICATION:

The coil tilter is designed for safely tilting various steel coils, aluminium coils, wire coils, copper coils, molds, spools&etc with different specifications from horizontal into vertical or reversed for 90 degree. The machine is installed with a conveyor for connecting with the production line for better production efficiency convenient loading.

BASIC FEATURES:

1) The framework consists of heavy structural and plate steel.

2) Frequency converter driven motor enables segmented speed control and enable the tilter stop smoothly.

3) Scientific four-roller device for holding object makes tuning smooth and steady.

4) Industrial speed reducer used to make the transmission power of the machine more safe and stable.

5) Independent control cabinet for safe and easy operation.

6) The machine will stop automatically when turning operation finished.

7) Emergency stop button can stop the machine rapidly in case of emergency.

8) Can turn-over and reset, work in circle.

9) Equipped with powered conveyor for automatic operation and easy loading.

10) Automatic start&stop of conveyor, signal interlocks control, ensure the safety of the product and the machine in operation.
