MACHINE APPLICATION:

The aluminum profile wrapping machine developed by Shanghai Jinglin for stretch wrapping of various kinds of profiles and any long-shaped products. It is a kind of machine which can make the profile as beautiful and tidier as possible; what’s more, it replace the tradition inefficient manual packing by labor cost,efficient and intelligent machine packing.

Introduction to panel switch

POWER SWITCH: The main switch of power supply.

EMERGENCY STOP: The control switch which is used to control circuit. Press this to shut down the whole machine in case of emergency.

MANUAL/AUTO: select the working mode. “MANUAL” is mainly for individual actions. “AUTO” is for normal automatic packing operation of the machine.

START: start the machine in auto mode.

STOP: can stop the whole machine from working.

RING JOG:the ring turns in a slow speed in manual mode.

RING RESET:reset the ring to the original position in manual mode.

CLIP TAPE: clamp the packing material in manual mode. Press “stop” can reset the clamp for another clamp action.
