SUMMARY:

The plastic pipe bagging machine is used to feed the bundle of pipes into a plastic bag to make it well sealed. It can be integrated with the pipe bundling machine to be an automatic packing line. The machinery system is composed of feeding system, plastic bag making, roll bag filling system, discharging system.

WORK FLOW:

1. Loading the pipe bundle to the feeding conveyor for bagging.

2. The pipe bundle is transferred to the bagging station one by one.

3. Automatic bag making and pipe filling into bag.

4. Move bag into next station for front side tapping.

5. The bagged bundle pushed into the aggregate car/basket.

(3) Discharging system

 It’s the back-end equipment of the bagging machine, can put the products into the aggregation trolley.
