MACHINE APPLICATION:

The FZ-08 coil turnover machine is an upender for tilting coils of different material and different weight from vertical to horizontal position or from horizontal to vertical position enabling safe loading&shifting. This machine is robust, easily operated and maintained. The turnover machine can be manufactured according to the tonnage required by the user.

BASIC FEATURES:

1. Robust reinforced welded steel construction.

2. Fast and convenient way to manipulate coils.

3. Adopt special double chain drive and oblique gear & worm speed reducer.

4. Inverter control is adopted for fast, stable & safe operation.

5. Four-roller device wrapped with polyamide adhesive.

6. Separate control panel allows remote operation.

7. Multiple position limit system ensures safe operation.

8. The machine can be stopped at any position; object will stay in current position.

9. The size of the loading platform of the machine made according to coil size.

10. Conveyor rollers is available to be applied for loading and offloading the object.
