APPLICATION:
The GD vertical type automatic copper coil packing machine is designed by Jinglin engineers for automatically packing a wide range of ring-shaped objects such as copper coils, wire coils,steel coils and other applications which will be securely wrapped by ring wrapping. The machine well simplify the packing operations and free your labor forces, also improve the competitive of your products.
1. Simple structure, easy and safe operation and maintenance.
2. PLC applied for automatic control.
3. Indicator lamp alarms automatically when error occurs, and errors will be shown.
4. HMI easy operation for optional. Input coil dimensions, the PLC will calculate the material length for wrapping circles automatically.
5. The overlap rate and material tension could be adjusted for different packing needs.
6. The ring height could be adjusted to adapt for different coil diameter.
7. Anti-wearing PU used for the friction wheels, ring with integral mould structure.
8. Guardrails for the moving parts for safe operation.
9. Different kind of wrapping material can be adopted depends on your needs.
10. Pushing system is available for offloading the packed coils easily.

MACHINE INSTALLATION:
*This coil packing machine is mainly composed of main engine, cutter board and electrical box etc.
*Avoiding the occurrence of compression, crushing, contusion and other accidents during installation.
*Since the machine has been transported and moved, all flexible shall be inspected carefully.
*The entire installation work shall be completed under the condition that the power supply is cut off.
*The machine shall be mounted on flat, hard ground.
*Only skilled staffs can be allowed to enter the installation site.
*Next packing procedure can be executed only after all the installation works are finished.
*The machine shall be mounted in dry and dust free environment.
