AUTOMATIC MOULD TILTER

MACHINE APPLICATION:

The automatic mould tilter is mainly applied for tilting mould with a heavy load for 90 degree. It’s also widely used in industries of metallurgy, stamping, metal plate, paper making, steel strip, coil, barrels, and etc.

INSTALLATION:

The machine can placed on flat ground or in a ground pit.

BASIC FEATURES:

1. Special double chain drive, oblique gear & worm speed reducer is adopted.

2. Four-roller device wrapped with polyamide adhesive.

3. Inverter control is adopted, fast, stable & safe.

4. Separate control panel allows remote operation.

5. Multiple position limit system ensures safe operation.

6. The machine can be stopped at random; object will stay in current position.

MAIN PARAMETERS:

Note: the datas are only for reference, the machine can be custom designed according to specific object size.

OPERATION REFERENCE:

1. Check if the external power supply is well connected.

2. Switch on the “POWER” and “EMERGENCY STOP” button.

3. Place the coil on the center of the worktable using sling or lift truck.

4. Switch to “TURN” position, the tilter begins to turnover and will stop automatically when turning is finished.

5. Remove the object from the machine steadily by a sling or other methods.

6. When the object has been removed from the machine safely, switch the button to “RESTORE” to reset the machine and prepare for the next operation.

7. Start next new turnover operation according to the aforesaid process.
