MASTER COIL WRAPPING MACHINE

GENERAL INTRODUCTION:

This master coil wrapping machine is specially designed for automatic packaging of jumbo coils including steel coils, aluminium coils, copper coils, strand wire coils,etc. to make the package waterproof, rustproof, dustproof, well protected and decorated.

It’s a highly automatic, highly integrated, safe and practical packing machinery. The machine is mainly composed of the packing unit, moving track, two (or more) roller stations, control cabinet, guardrails&etc.

BASIC PARAMETERS:

Application: aluminum coils/steel coils/copper coils/steel wire coils,etc

Coil size: width 700-2000mm, ID≥450mm, OD: 1100-2200mm

Coil weight: 1000-30000kg

Packing material: PE/PVC stretch film/plastic tape:

ID:76mm, OD: 100-250mm, width 250mm

Shutter speed: approx. 2-3m/sec.

Power output: approx. 11kw

Overlap rate: 20%-90%

Power supply: 380V, three phase five line

OPERATION PROCESS:

1) Load the coils by crane, C-hook, forkman, or walking beam, coil car&etc onto the machine roller station.

2) The wrapping engine moves to the roller station with coil. The wrapper positioning itself. Regulate the U-type trackheight for different coil diameter for wrapping material dispense shuttle crossing the center of coil.

3) The U type track closed.

4) Fix the wrapping material on coil by manual or automatic mechanic hand (optional).

5) Start wrapping.

6) The wrapping finished and sealed by manual/ automatic mechanical hand (optional).

7) The wrapper moves to another blocker roller station for next packing(optional).

8) Offload the packed coil and prepare for another new packaging.

15. The level height of the wrapping unit could be adjusted through motor.

16. Indication light alarming automatically when error occurs. Troubles can be shown automatically.

17. Special brake for the tape release device to avoid material folding.

18. Extra roller stations are for optional to achieve higher packing efficiency.
