STRAND WIRE WRAPPING MACHINE
APPLICATION:
This strand wire wrapping machine is specially designed by Jinglin for packing strand wire coils or pre-stressed wire coils with big diameter, the main wrapper engine is able to move for flexible operation of coils. The machine liberates the users from traditional manual packing and greatly improves the packing efficiency.
INSTALLATION:
The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1 ton/m2.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. The machine is in horizontal packing type.
2. Excellent collections. Well-known brands are adopted for main components.
3. The track with movable wrapping unit for convenient loading of different coils and no damage to the coils.
4. Custom design available for extra large strand coils.
5. PLC & HMI are adopted for automatic control. Operate easily by imputing the diameter and width of the wire coil, other parameters will be set automatically.
6. Adopting converters to change the overlapping rate of wrapping tape for different needs.
7. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs. Trouble can be shown automatically.
8. The tension of the wrapping material can be adjusted.
9. Automatic wrapping material cutting system.
10. Special brake to avoid material folding on the ring.
11. The rollers are wrapped by PU to protect the products effectively.
12. Both manual and automatic working mode can be chose.
13. Guardrails, soft starts and stop for safety operation.
