The copper wrapping machine designed by Jlpack is specifically designed for automatic packing copper coils, steel coils, wire coils or other circular objects with different dimension to achieve a better packing performance and a higher working efficiency. In addition to standard equipment, we offer a comprehensive range of customized solutions.

*The top-opening structure of machine, very safe and convenient for loading the copper coils from the top by crane.

*The copper wrapping machine adopt PLC program for automatic control.

*Adjustable overlap of wrapping material by frequency converter.

*Easy ring position adaptation for coil of various sizes.

*Adjustable packaging material tension.

*Separate electrical box for remote operation of the wrapping machine.

*Three colors of indication lamps on the control cabinet with different indication for alarms automatically upon trouble occurrence.

*More than one material packing together available.

*The carrier rollers and protective rollers wrapped with wear-resisting rubber.

*Reinforced ring and structure, firm and stable.

A. Supply the spare parts of the machine for free.

B. If need, engineers available to service machinery overseas.

C. Change the broken parts of electric components for free.

D. Respond and deal with the trouble of the machine within 24 hours after receiving technical supportive requirement.

E. A new machine will be as a replacement, if the machine still can’t work after maintenance.
