It's high packing speed improves the packing capacity and saves labor cost and the tight package saves packaging material for the customers.
BASIC FEATURES:
1. Simple structure, easy and safe operation.
2. PLC adopted for automatic control.
3. Height of the wrapper could be adjusted for different diameter.
4. The overlapping rate of the material can be adjusted on needs.
5. Anti-wearing polyurethane adopted for the friction wheel.
6. The ring and roller speed can be regulated by the inverters.
7. Different packing material can be used.
8. The carrier roller and protective roller are wrapped with polyurethane.
9. Soft start, soft stop and precise reset of the ring.

ABOUT COMMISSIONING:
1. It's able to send engineer to the user’s site for installation supervision/machine commissioning/ test operation/ staff training.
2. The customer is responsible for the round trip tickets, transportation,accommodation of the seller's engineer in the user’s country.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE CLAUSES
1. The Seller guarantees that:
(a) The Equipment supplied by the Seller shall be brand new and made of adequate and high quality materials, and free of any defects.
(b) The Technical Document shall be complete, clear and correct.
2. Period of warranty: 12 months from the date of Acceptance:
(a). In the period, the Supplier provide replacement or repairment of broken parts for
free in condition these faults are not caused by unusual operation, careless
Maintain/repair service or using untrue product.
(b). Offer technical support and guidance through email, phone call, fax, internet and etc if customer requires. We’ll responding and dealing with the troubles within 24 hours upon receipt of the customer’s notice.
(c). If needed, it's able to sent the engineer for after service. Expenses of the engineer
including the roundtrip ticket and accommodation should be borne by the customer.
