HOSE COIL WRAPPING MACHINE

MACHINE APPLICATION:

CHARACTERISTICS:

1. PLC automatic control for the hose coil wrapping machine.

2. Synchronous wrapping system, enable the coil be wrapped by more than one packaging materials in one packing process.

3. Different material release structure for different wrapping material.

4. The wrapping material is cut automatically.

5. The over lap rate of the packing tape could be adjusted by converter.

6. The slip ring height can be regulated for different coil dimension by manual or by motor.

7. The wrapping material tension could be adjusted;

8. Different packing materials can be choosed;

9. The carrier rollers and side rollers covered by polyurethane adopted to fix the coil.

10. Separate electrical cabinet for safe operation and trouble shooting.

OPERATION PROCESS:

1. Connect to external power supply as per requirement.

2. Rotate the “POWER” switch to connect to the power supply of the machine.

3. Load the unpackaged hose coil into the wrapping station, adjust the upper and down protective rollers effectively.

4. Adjust the tension of the packing material to suitable degree, and check the ring situation to make sure it can pass through the center of package object smoothly.

5. Pull out the wrapping tape and fix it on the coil.

6. Set a proper cutting time needed( no need to set for HMI operation).

7. Press“Start”button, the machine start working and stops after a complete coil is finished after reaching the set time.

8. Fix the tail of the material in the coil by adhesive tape or others.

9. Move out the packaged object from the packing station.
