MACHINE APPLICATION:

The GS series cable packing machine is widely used in industries of cable coils, hose coils, pipe coils, wire coils, and other circular products, to make the coils be well wrapped by stretch film or other materials with a perfect result of waterproof, dustproof, anti-rusting and anti-aging. In nowadays it’s been more and more used by cable manufacturers to improve the working efficiency and enhance product competitiveness in the market.

CHARACSRISTICS:

1) Three colors of indicator lamps on the electric cabinet will alarms automatically upon trouble occurrence.

2) PLC control system for intelligent operation.

3) The overlap degree and material tension can be regulated effectively & precisely.

4) Flexible sliding board structure, the ring height can be adjusted in accordance with different OD of coil.

5) Friction wheels by anti-wear polyurethane, ring made with whole mould structure.

6) The carrier rollers and protective rollers are wrapped with wear-resisting rubber.

7) Synchronous wrapping (two kinds of wrapping materials working together in one packing process) is for optional.
